Proofs and Approvals

Upon receiving proofs from Jan Elizabeth Studio / Jan Elizabeth LLC, please review all documents carefully. If you identify any errors or require changes to the artwork, contact us immediately via email with detailed instructions. We will send you a revised proof for your approval. Once you approve the original or the changes and/or corrections, any errors found after said approval, release of digital files or printed production you become the owner of errors found. Approval and payment confirm your readiness for us to proceed to production. In the event you discover type errors or any other errors, digital files may or may not require additional charges to our discretion. Printed materials will not be negotiated, reprinted or revised without additional fees to the recipient.

Payment

Payment is due upon order unless otherwise agreed in writing. A deposit of 50%-100%, determined at our discretion, is required before the commencement of your project. Payments can be made via the provided through the Jan Elizabeth Studio online store, for debit or credit card transactions. Full payment for all artwork and websites is required before they are released or made public.

Shipping and Production

Shipping costs will be invoiced separately and are due upon receipt. Please note that any printing, imprinting, or embellishing may be subject to a 10% over/under run and will be billed accordingly post-production.

Ownership and Rights

All original artwork, computer-generated art, and related files remain the property of Jan Elizabeth LLC. These materials may not be reproduced in any form without our prior written consent. Jan Elizabeth LLC retains all rights to the work produced.

Late Payments

A monthly interest charge of 10% is applicable to all payments overdue by 30 days or more.

Refunds and Credits

There are no refunds. Credits may be issued at our discretion.

Miscellaneous

Estimates provided prior to project finalization are not guaranteed. Additional charges may be applied as needed and will be communicated and approved by you prior to delivery.
